Strawberry Moonshine Recipes

1. Strawberry Basil Lemonade

• 2 oz. Midnight Moon Strawberry
• 4 oz. Lemonade
• Basil Leaves
• Sliced Strawberries and Lemon for garnish

In a highball glass or mason jar filled with ice, combine the Midnight Moon Strawberry moonshine, lemonade and basil leaves. Stir to combine and garnish with sliced strawberries and lemon.

2. Strawberry Collins

• 2 oz. Midnight Moon Strawberry
• ¾ oz. Lemon juice
• ½ oz. Simple syrup
• 2 oz. Club soda
• Lemon wedge for garnish

Chill a highball (or a Collins glass) by filling it with ice and setting it in the freezer. In a cocktail shaker, combine Midnight Moon Strawberry, lemon juice and simple syrup with ice and shake to combine. Strain mixture into the chilled Collins glass and top with club soda and garnish with lemon wedge.

3. Triple Berry Smash

• 2 oz. Midnight Moon Strawberry
• 1 Strawberry
• 3 Raspberries
• 3 Blueberries
• 6 oz. Lemon or lime flavored sparkling water

Muddle the raspberries, blueberries and the strawberry in a cocktail shaker. Pour muddled fruit into a glass with ice and top with Midnight Moon Strawberry and flavored sparkling water, stirring to combine.

4. Strawberry Tea

• 2 oz. Midnight Moon Strawberry
• Iced tea
• Lemon Wedge for garnish

Pour Midnight Moon Strawberry into a glass with ice and top it off with iced tea, garnishing with the lemon wedge.

5. Strawberry Daiquiri

• 2 oz. Midnight Moon Strawberry
• 1.5 oz. Lime juice
• 1 oz. Simple syrup
• 1 Strawberry

Muddle the strawberry and simple syrup in a cocktail shaker. Add lime juice and Midnight Moon Strawberry with ice and shake to combine. Strain into a chilled coupe glass.

6. Frozen Strawberry Moonshine Margarita

• 1 cup Midnight Moon Strawberry
• ¾ cup Fresh orange juice
• ⅓ cup Lime juice
• ⅓ cup Grand Marnier
• 4 cups Frozen strawberries

Add frozen strawberries, Midnight Moon Strawberry, orange juice, lime juice and Grand Marnier to a blender with 2 cups of ice. Blend all ingredients until smooth and serve immediately. Makes six margaritas. 

7. Strawberry Sparkler

• 1 oz. Midnight Moon Strawberry
• ¾ oz. Elderflower liqueur
• 5 oz. Dry prosecco
• 6 Medium strawberries

Trim strawberries and puree in a food processor until smooth. Pour the pureed strawberries through a mesh sieve into champagne flutes (or any wine glass). Pour Midnight Moon Strawberry and elderflower liqueur into the glass and stir gently. Top with chilled prosecco and garnish with a strawberry slice.

8. Splitdog Fitz

• 1 ½ oz. Midnight Moon Strawberry
• ½ oz. Simple syrup
• ¾ oz. Fresh lemon juice
• 5 dashes of Kansas City Smoked Bitters
• Wheat Beer
• Mint Sprig and Strawberry for garnish

Pour Midnight Moon Strawberry, simple syrup, lemon juice and bitters into a cocktail shaker. Shake to combine and strain over a glass filled with ice. Top off with wheat beer and garnish with a mint sprig and strawberry.

9. Strawberry Sangria

• ½ cup Midnight Moon Strawberry
• ½ cup Triple sec
• 1 bottle of Dry Rosé Wine
• 4 cups of Strawberries
• 2 tbsp of Sugar
• 1 Orange, sliced
• 1 Lemon, sliced

Slice strawberries (except for 5) and put them in a blender, with sugar sprinkled over them. Add ½ cup of wine to the blender and blend to combine until strawberries are thoroughly pureed. Pour mixture through a mesh sieve into a pitcher. Add the rest of the wine and the triple sec to the pitcher, and toss in sliced orange and lemon. Slice the 5 remaining strawberries and add to the pitcher. Stir and put the pitcher into the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving. To serve, pour the sangria into glasses filled with ice. Makes 6 glasses of sangria.

10. Strawberry Moonshine Punch

• 4 cups of Midnight Moon Strawberry
• 2 cups Fresh Orange Juice
• 2 cups Fresh Pineapple Juice
• 2 cups Fruit Punch
• 4 cups Lemon-Lime Soda
• Sliced Oranges, Lemons and Strawberries for garnish

Combine all ingredients into a punch bowl and stir to combine. Add ice and sliced fruit for garnish and serve. Serves up to 20.

11. Strawberries & Cream

• 2 oz. Midnight Moon strawberry
• Splash of Cream Soda

Pour Midnight Moon Strawberry over ice and top it off with cream soda.

12. Strawberry Shortcake Shooter

• ½ oz. Midnight Moon Strawberry
• ½ oz. Vanilla Vodka
• ½ oz. Strawberry Puree
• Whipped Cream

Add Midnight Moon Strawberry, vanilla vodka and Strawberry puree in a cocktail shaker and shake to combine. Pour into shot glasses and top with whipped cream. Makes 2 shooters.
