All purchases of alcohol made on this website are managed by an independent technology provider, Flaviar Checkout, and processed & fulfilled by licensed alcohol retailers across the country.
MIDNIGHT MOON® is not a licensed beverage alcohol retailer and is not involved with the sale or delivery of alcohol products.

Midnight Moon® works in partnership with Flaviar's retail network to provide you with your favorite 'shine and shakes delivered directly to your door.
Flaviar currently ships Midnight Moon products to the following states: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia, Wisconsin and Wyoming.
Due to state regulations, delivery to these states is unavailable for online ordering: Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Hawaii, Michigan, Mississippi, South Dakota, and Utah. Update: As of October 2024, our fulfillment partner can no longer ship to Arizona.
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days of being placed. Delivery time will vary depending on your location, the carrier used by the licensed retailer who processed your order, and external factors that impact shipments.
We’re so sorry to hear that! Although most orders are processed within 1-2 business days, there may be occasional delays depending on product availability. Your order confirmation email contains a tracking link that has up-to-date information on where your order is at any given moment. Please email help@flaviar.com right away! Be aware if your order has already been confirmed by a retailer, Flaviar Checkout cannot guarantee they will be able to cancel your order.
If the provided delivery address is incorrect, if you refuse delivery, or if delivery is unsuccessful after the final delivery attempt, we will refund you minus any restocking fees incurred. We reserve the right to withhold the shipping costs in addition to the costs of the shipment's return from the refund.
All payments are processed by our e-commerce fulfillment partner, Flaviar Checkout. When you complete your purchase, you will see Flaviar Checkout/MASH&GRAPE on your statement.
Please email help@flaviar.com right away! Be aware that if you reach out longer than two hours after your order has been placed or you’re looking to change your address to a different state, Flaviar Checkout cannot guarantee that they will be able to satisfy your request.
Please be aware it is every customer's responsibility to ensure that someone 21+ is home to sign for the package. Typically, a carrier will attempt delivery 3 times before returning the package to the sender.
If the package is returned to the sender, please email help@flaviar.com. Be aware that additional fees may be charged to offset the costs of retailers accepting returned packages or reshipping orders.
Flaviar Checkout cannot guarantee that a retailer will agree to accept a return or exchange. Please review Flaviar Checkout's terms before purchasing and contact Flaviar Checkout if you are requesting a refund.
In the event that your order is refunded, the refund will be processed directly by Flaviar Checkout and may take 5-10 days to post back to your original payment method.
Due to policies set in place by our payment processor, Flaviar Checkout must refund back to the original payment method. If this payment method is no longer available, you must work directly with your financial institution to retrieve those funds.
Our licensed retail partners typically process orders within 1 to 5 business days. Once the order is in transit, it should arrive within 10 days.*
When the order is packed and ready to go, we’ll send you a shipping notification email with a tracking link. On delivery day, you’ll get text alerts for the driver’s progress. Someone 21+ must be present to accept the order. Deliveries generally happen during business hours so we strongly suggest you ship your order to a business address, if possible.
Please note that delivery to PO Box and APO/FPO addresses is not possible. Since we are unable to guarantee exact delivery dates, we do not accept liability for costs associated with shipping to temporary locations (hotels, holiday homes, etc.) in case of failed deliveries.
