• Eligibility:

The Shine Like a Legend Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to legal residents of the contiguous United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Piedmont Distillers, Inc. dba. Midnight Moon (the “Sponsor”) , its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and immediate family members or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. This Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law and is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

• Agreement to Rules:

By participating, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Official Rules and represent that you meet the eligibility requirements. You also agree to accept the decisions of Piedmont Distillers, Inc. as final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes.

• Sweepstakes Period:

Entries will be accepted online from June 5, 2025, at 12:00 AM ET to June 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM ET.

• How to Enter:

The Sweepstakes must be entered by submitting the official entry form available on the Midnight Moon sweepstakes webpage. The entry must fulfill all sweepstakes requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Limit one (1) entry per person. You may not enter more times than indicated by using multiple e-mail addresses, identities or devices in an attempt to circumvent the rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules your submission may be removed from eligibility at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

• Prizes:

The total retail value of all prizes is approximately $3,000. The prizes include: Two (2) Grand Prizes, which consist of One (1) custom Midnight Moon guitar signed by Junior Johnson, One (1) Junior Johnson autographed diecast car, and One (1) Midnight Moon Gift Box filled with branded merchandise and apparel. Five (5) First Prizes, which include: One (1) Midnight Moon 1940 Ford Coupe Diecast signed by Junior Johnson and One (1) Midnight Moon Swag Bag containing branded merchandise and apparel items. Twenty-five (25) Second Prizes, each comprising One (1) piece of Midnight Moon apparel.

No alcohol will be distributed. No substitutions or cash equivalents are allowed, except at the sponsor’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable. All taxes or other costs related to prize acceptance are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winning a prize is not guaranteed, and your chance of winning depends on the total number of eligible entries received. The actual/appraised value may differ at the time the prize is awarded. The details of the prize will be determined solely by the sponsor. No cash or other prize substitutions are permitted except at the sponsor’s discretion. The prize is non-transferable. All related expenses, including but not limited to any federal, state, and local taxes, are the sole responsibility of the winner. No substitution or transfer of the prize to others, nor requests for a cash equivalent by winners, is permitted. Accepting the prize grants Piedmont Distillers permission to use the winner’s name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

• Odds:

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

• Winner Selection and Notification:

The winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the sponsor within five (5) days of the sweepstakes end date. The winner will be notified via the email provided during entry. If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 15 days, is found ineligible, or fails to comply with the rules, an alternate winner may be selected.

• Rights Granted by Entrants:

By entering, you grant Midnight Moon permission to use your name, likeness, entry content, and city/state for promotional purposes, in perpetuity, without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.

• Terms & Conditions:

Midnight Moon reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes should any unauthorized intervention, fraud, or other causes corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct. Midnight Moon reserves the right to disqualify any entrant tampering with the entry process or violating these rules.

• Limitation of Liability:

By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Midnight Moon and its affiliates, employees, and representatives from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of the prize.

• Disputes:

The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in North Carolina having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, other than participant’s actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e. costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

To request the names of the winners, please email info@piedmontdistillers.com with the subject “Shine Like a Legend Sweepstakes Winners List Request” after July 15, 2025.
