Apple Pie Moonshine Recipes
- Apple-Pie-Hot-Toddy
- 1.5 oz. Midnight Moon Apple Pie
- 1 Lemon Wedge
- 2 Tsp Honey
- 1 tea bag (we recommend a tea with a little spice)
Make the tea, then stir in the Midnight Moon Apple Pie and honey. Garnish with the lemon wedge.
- Warm Spiked Apple Cider
- 1 cup Apple Cider
- 2 Cinnamon Sticks
- 3 oz. Midnight Moon Apple Pie
Heat the apple cider and one cinnamon stick in a saucepan till warm and then add to the glass with Midnight Moon Apple Pie. Garnish with the second cinnamon stick.
- Apple Pie with a Zing
- 1 Tbsp Ginger Syrup (can make homemade)
- 1.5 oz. Midnight Moon Apple Pie
- 0.75 oz. Apple Cider Vinegar
- 0.5 oz. Orange Liqueur
- 1 tbsp Honey
- Star Anise
Combine all the ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain over a glass filled with ice. Garnish with star anise.
Blackberry Moonshine Recipes
- Blackberry Hot Toddy
- 2 oz. Midnight Moon Blackberry
- 0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
- 0.5 cup Hot Water or Tea
- 3 oz. of blackberries
- 1 Lemon Wedge
- 1 Vanilla Stick
For a brown sugar rim, pour brown sugar on a plate, run the lemon wedge around the rim of the mug or glass and dip the rim into the brown sugar. Juice the blackberries by mashing them in a colander over a bowl. Add the Midnight Moon Blackberry, vanilla, the rest of the lemon juice from the wedge, and the water or tea to the blackberry juice. Add the extra brown sugar as well and stir until it dissolves. Pour into your mug or glass and garnish with the vanilla stick and a blackberry.
- Blackberry Winter
- 1 cup Lemon Juice
- 1 cup Lime juice
- ¾ cup (13 oz.) Sugar
- 1 cup Hot Water
- Blackberries (3 pints for extra puree)
- 1.25 oz. Midnight Moon Blackberry
To make the sour mix, add the lemon juice, lime juice, 8 oz. of sugar and hot water to a pitcher and stir. Let cool. To make the blackberry puree, blend the blackberries and 5 oz. of sugar with 1 cup of water until smooth. Pour the Midnight Moon Blackberry Moonshine into a shaker with ice, add 2 oz. of the blackberry puree and 2 oz. of the sour mix and shake strongly. Strain into a glass with ice.
Recipes with Moonshine Cherries and Cherry Moonshine
- Spiced Hot Sangria with Moonshine Cherries (Serves 16)
- 2 bottles of Red Wine
- 2 bottles of White Wine
- 1 cup of Brandy
- 1 cup of Midnight Moon Cherry Moonshine
- 1 Sliced Orange
- Moonshine Cherries from 1 Mason Jar of Midnight Moon Cherry
- 2 Cinnamon Sticks
- 1 cup Simple Syrup
Combine all ingredients in a slow cooker and cook on high for 1 hour. Then put it on low to keep it warm. Transfer into glasses with a ladle.
- Cherry Old Fashioned (Serves 4)
- 8 Frozen Moonshine Cherries
- 8 dashes of Orange Bitters
- Juice of 1 Orange
- 3 Tbsp Sugar
- 1 cup Brandy
After freezing the moonshine cherries from the Midnight Moon Cherry mason jar, muddle them. Combine all the ingredients in a liquid measuring cup and stir. Pour into 4 glasses over ice and garnish with orange twists.
- Mistletoe Martini with Cherry Moonshine
- 1.5 oz. Midnight Moon Cherry
- 0.75 oz. Brandy
- Juice of 1 Lime
- Raspberries (for garnish)
- Rosemary (for garnish)
- Sugar (for rim)
Rim a martini glass with sugar. Fill the shaker partially with ice and pour in the Midnight Moon Cherry, brandy and lime juice. Shake and strain into a glass. Garnish with a couple of raspberries and rosemary.
Cinnamon Moonshine Recipes
- Cinnamon Cider
- 2 oz. Midnight Moon Cinnamon
- Apple Cider
Combine Midnight Moon Cinnamon and cider. Serve warm or over ice. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
- Cinnamon Tea
- 2 oz. Midnight Moon Cinnamon
- Tea
Pour Midnight Moon Cinnamon into a mason jar. Add warm or cool tea and garnish with a lemon wedge.
- Cinnamon White Russian
- 3 cups Water (for cinnamon simple syrup)
- 3 cups Granulated Sugar (for cinnamon simple syrup)
- 2 Cinnamon Sticks (for cinnamon simple syrup)
- Small and Large Ice Cubes
- 2 oz. Midnight Moon Cinnamon
- 1 oz. Coffee Liqueur
- 1 oz. Apple Pie Moonshake
- 0.5 oz. heavy cream
- 1 Tbsp Cinnamon Simple Syrup
Make the cinnamon simple syrup by heating the water, sugar and cinnamon sticks over medium-high heat and stir until the sugar dissolves. The longer it simmers, the more you will taste the cinnamon. Allow your cinnamon-infused simple syrup to cool to room temperature. Store leftover simple syrup in your refrigerator for up to two weeks.
Then, combine the small ice cubes, Midnight Moon Cinnamon, coffee liqueur, 1 Tbsp cinnamon simple syrup, Apple Pie Moonshake and cream in a cocktail shaker. Shake until the ingredients are chilled and well combined and then strain into a glass over a large ice cube.
Creamy Moonshine Recipes:
Apple Pie Moonshine Cream Liqueur Recipes
- Bourbon Glazed Apple Pie
- 2 oz. Apple Pie Moonshake Cream Liqueur
- 1 oz. Bourbon
- Cinnamon and cinnamon stick to garnish (optional)
Add Apple Pie Moonshake and bourbon to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until chilled and well combined and serve over ice in a rocks glass.
- Apple Pie Ala Mode
- 2 oz. Apple Pie Moonshake Cream Liqueur
- 2 oz. Midnight Moon Apple Pie Moonshine
- Crushed graham cracker rim and apple slice to garnish (optional)
Combine Apple Pie Moonshake and Apple Pie Moonshine into a shaker with plenty of ice. Shake until thoroughly chilled and serve over ice in a mason jar with a graham cracker rim. Garnish with a thinly sliced apple.
Chocolate Brownie Moonshine Cream Liqueur Recipes
- Wake ‘N’ Shake
- 1 oz. Chocolate Brownie Moonshake Cream Liqueur
- Double-shot espresso or fresh drip coffee
- Coffee beans to garnish (optional)
In a mug pour your fresh hot coffee. Add Chocolate Brownie Moonshake and stir to combine with the coffee. Top with a coffee bean for an optional garnish.
- Brownie Eggnog
- 2 oz. Chocolate Brownie Moonshake Cream Liqueur
- 2 oz. Holiday Nog Moonshake cream Liqueur
- Mini brownie to garnish (optional)
Shake Chocolate Brownie Moonshake and Holiday Nog Moonshake together with ice until chilled. Pour into a rocks glass over ice. Serve with mini brownie as a garnish.
Cookies & Cream Moonshine Cream Liqueur Recipes
- Peppermint Cream
- 3 oz. Cookies & Cream Moonshake Cream Liqueur
- 1 oz. Midnight Moon Peppermint Moonshine
- Peppermint stick to garnish (optional)
Combine Cookies & Cream Moonshake and Peppermint Moonshine into a shaker with ice. Shake until thoroughly chilled. Serve by pouring over ice in a mason jar. Garnish with a peppermint stick.
- P’Nut Butta Cookie
- 2 oz. Cookies & Cream Moonshake Cream Liqueur
- 1 oz. peanut butter whiskey
- Reese’s Cup to garnish (optional)
Shake Cookies & Cream Moonshake and peanut butter whiskey together with ice until chilled and combined. Serve in a rocks glass with ice and garnish with a peanut butter cup.
Bonus Winter Moonshine Recipes:
- Adult Hot Chocolate (Serves 6)
- 4 cups Whole Milk
- 2 Tbsp Sugar
- ½ Vanilla Bean or 1 Tsp Vanilla
- 6 oz. Dark Chocolate (60% Cacao)
- 1 Tsp Sea Salt
- 4 oz. Midnight Moon Original
- 4 oz. Chocolate Brownie Moonshake
- Marshmallows
Heat milk, sugar, salt and vanilla in a small saucepan over medium-low heat until sugar and salt dissolve. Do not let milk boil. Add in chocolate pieces and stir until completely melted. Remove from heat. Then, stir in Midnight Moon Original and Midnight Moon Chocolate Brownie Moonshake. Serve with marshmallows.
- Champagne Cocktails with Raspberry Moonshine (Serves 2)
- 2 oz. Orange Liqueur
- 1 oz. Midnight Moon Raspberry
- Sparkling Rose
- Raspberries
Add the orange liqueur and Midnight Moon Raspberry in a shaker with ice. Shake well and strain into 2 flutes. Fill with sparkling rose and garnish with raspberries.
